Pr0n will possibly be HORRIBLY BAD. But ohgodheregoes.

Thank you for giving me an excuse to write this.

Komamura lifted himself from the river. He did not shake the water from his face, although he sorely wished to. He would do nothing so base. Instead he reached for the towel offered to him. He pressed it between his eyes. “…I was born in the east,” he said, after a time. “Lord Genryuusai brought me here, when I was still--”

His friend smiled at him, hand still extended. “Small?”

“…half my height now,” Komamura concluded, gruffly.

“I could not resist. Forgive me,” Tousen tipped his head, in apology, although his smile didn’t fade. His other hand hung in his lap, brushing over the spine of the book there. His knees looked narrow the way they rose over the shorter grasses, bent. “You must have been a young man, then.”

Komamura pulled the towel over his nose. “I was not a soldier then, no. All my head was full of were my studies—ah.” He glanced over, mouth parting. Tousen’s fingers seemed to have somehow drawn closer to his face, without him knowing. “Does that surprise you?”

“No.”

“No?”

His friend looked puzzled by his mere insistence. “No. You speak very well.”

“Hm.”

“And very confidently.”

Hm.”

“For one who is so shy,” Tousen finished, settling his palm against the side of Komamura’s face. He brushed, gently, over his eye and over his ear. “My friend,” he murmured. “You need not worry so.”

AAAAAAAAAH. TOUSEN. I love this. I love Komamura. (Incidently, of all the three you-know-whats, I have the most faith in Tousen as far as things go. He has strayed, but shall return to the flock! Or die! Or both!)

Komamura the latest chapters has totally switched on all my "OMG I WUV YOU YOU GIANT WOOF' buttons. He's big and he's dignified and he probabylreallylikeshavinghisearsscritched (Oh, Tousen is the Sasuke to his Naruto. Except Tousen pretends to be working on some sort of logic! Which continues to make no sense! But still, he shall be saved!)

...in short. There needs to be more 79 lovin'.

Tousen is obviously totally convinced of the purity of his motives and the righteousness of his path, which makes him (IMHO) more sympathetic than you-know-whos, who seem to have some idea of the morally repulsive nature of what they've done. But I get the feeling that Kubo Tite is going to surprise us and kind of redeem all three of them at some point by showing us *specifically* what they're trying to accomplish. Although it would be funny if they were all just evil.

TOTAL AGREEMENT. Except for, I'm still for Komamura/Iba, because nobody's more about the Captain/Vice-Captain love than me! (Ohbut Renji/Byakuya is still wrong. Less so than it was previously, but still wrong.)
