I'm just going to copy to you what I told my friend as I read over this (I had to be careful not to reveal what I was reading about because she loathes KH):

~so the feeling of pain and loneliness sneaks up and strangles your emotions from behind by your own hand
~which makes it even worse
~its nice not to have it overly done like I do with "it hurts. I laid down to cry"
~it's "...yeah." And then it hits you like a ton of bricks what they mean and then it hurts

I HAD to get up and walk away at the Axel part. It was just too much longing pain and sadness. This was perfectly written and beautiful in so many ways. I'm almost at the point of tears, but its a hollowness that goes lower than that and I can't quite muster the energy to betray the feeling by releasing it so physically to the world.

Beyond that, it hit all the right spots and was so wonderful. The "dual personality" thing has been done to death and cliched, but this was just right. I love the spellchecking.
