See. This is what That Dopey DS Sequel should be about. Larsa being all "Hm. [insert faction here] seems to be attempting to start another conflict. Clearly this requires a...special brand of negotiations." Which would require highly qualified and highly efficient covert operatives... but Larsa needs those on the homefront, so he's just going to hire his dorky friends instead.
