HAS IMMUNITY TO MOST POISONS. Basically because Orochimaru kept on slipping it into her tea and food until she built up a good healthy strength against most poisons generally known to man and a few especially synthesized by her teacher. The worst snake bite will probably just give her a really bad headache, and she can drink pretty much the whole of Konoha under the table. (Ibiki may be the only one who even comes close to matching her. And he gets giggly when he's drunk enough. This amuses her, so she's his favorite guy to hit the bars with. Plus I suspect she thinks the scarring's hot)
Is remarkably flexible. She is double jointed in just about every crook that she has, and a few that she shouldn't. You know that thing cats can do where they can wiggle through impossible small spaces? Anko slithers through them. It always made her extremely skilled at espionage missions, and in fact Orochimaru frequently used her as a spy prior to his departure.
The Anbu who subdued and retrieved Anko was in fact led by, Hatake Kakashi. It was a very nasty fight. The Curse Seal became involved. She mostly lost due to an over reliance on it in it's incomplete and undeveloped state, and her master left her for dead upon witnessing this particular failure. Out of spite, she gave away just about everything she knew about his movements. She doesn't hold a grudge against Kakashi though. She likes a guy who can make her bleed and vice versa. We won't go into how much timeline fuckery is involved to make taht fight even vaguely feasible.
